What Is Your Shipping Policy?
Small Package Shipments
Ship via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground or USPS, with delivery typically within 1-7 business days (not including processing time). Expedited shipping is not available for small packages.
Oversized Shipments
Large or heavy items ship via freight carrier with free delivery within the contiguous US. Expect curbside delivery within 2-10 business days (not including processing time). The carrier will contact you to schedule the delivery. A $150 fee applies for missed delivery appointments.
Product Pick-up
Save $100-$150 on orders over $900 by selecting “Pick up at warehouse” at checkout. Ensure your vehicle can accommodate the size and weight of your order.
Package Inspection
Inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice visible damage, refuse the shipment and note it on the delivery receipt. For concealed damage, email us at customerservice@arielbath.com with order details and photos.
Wrong item

Incomplete Delivery

Shipping Restrictions
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, military APO/FPO addresses and rural areas.
